Wazan Kam Karne Ke Liye Exercises

Aaj kal ki bhaag daud ki zindagi me log fast food itna kha rahe hain ki wo mote hote ja rahe hain aur phir usi motape ki wajah se unhe kaafi pareshaniyon ka samna karna padta hai aur phir ve log apna motapa kam karne ke liye kaafi mehnge products ka istemal karte hain, aaj hum aapko btayenge ki kaise aap bina apne paise kharch kiye apne motape se chhutkara pa sakte hain, aaj hum aapko kuch aisi exercises btane ja rahe hain jo sirf 7 din me apka motapa kam karne me aapki madad karengi, aur iske liye aapko kisi bhi mehnge product ko istemal karne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai, aur na hi apna khana ko band karna hoga aur sirf 7 dino me aapko farq dikhna shuru ho jayega.

Agar aap apna wazan jaldi aur tezi se kam karna chahte hain to aapko ghabrane ki ya gym jaane ki koi zaroorat nahi hai, kyunki agar aap gym jayenge to aapko kaafi paise kharch karne pad sakte hain aur phir aapko gym walo ke kehne par unka mehnga product bhi lena padega aur gym jaane ke liye time bhi bahot chahiye hota hai aur ye aapko kaafi mehnga padega, aaaj hum aapko batayenge ki kaise aap bina gym jaye aur bina kisi mehnge product ka istemal kiye apna motapa kam kar sakte hain.

Pet Kam Karne Ki Exercise in Hindi

Aaj kal ki bhag daud ki zindagi me hum itne busy ho gaye hain ki hum apni sehat par dhyan hi nahi de pa rahe hain, aur aaj ke is modern zamane me logo me laziness aa gayi hai ve sochte hain ki har kaam baithe – baithe hi ho jaye aur isi ke karan hamara pet badne lagta hai, log sirf bahar ka khana ( junk food ) kha – kha kar hi mote ho jate  hain aur unhe kuch pasand bhi nahi aata hai logo ko apne kaam ke sath apni sehat par bhi dhyan dete rehna chahiye kyunki agar hum fit hain to hamara dimag bhi sahi tarike se kaam karega aur hamari laziness bhi kam ho jaegi aur hamare kaam me tezi bhi rahegi, aaj hum aapko batayenge ki kaise  sirf  7 dino me aaap apne motape se chhutkara paa sakte hain aur wo bhi bilkul free me bas kuch exercise ke dwara hi aap apna motapa kam kar sakte hain.

#1. Rassi Koodna (Skipping Rope)

Rassi koodna bhi hamare motape ko kam karne ka ek kaafi zaroori hota hai rassi koodne se hamara motapa jaldi kam hoona shuru kar dega aur ye sabse halki aur badya exercise maani jati hai aur ye itni asaan hoti hai ki ise kahin  bhi aur kabhi bhi kooda ja sakta hai aur ye na sirf hamare pet ko kam karti hai balki isse saari body ki exercise ho jati hai agar aap bhi jaldi aur asaan tarike se wazan kam katrna chahte hai to aap bhi rassi koodna shuru kar dijiye.

#2. Daudna (Jogging)

Daudna bhi ek kaafi achhi exercise maani jati hai fit rehne ke liye, aur ye kafi asaan bhi hota hai aur ye hamare badan ko jaldi fayeda bhi pahunchata hai, aaj kal ki zindagi me logo ke pass exercise karne ka bhi samay nahi hai aur ye kam samay me jaldi asar karne wali exercise hai aur ye hamare pet ko jaldi kam karne me bhi kaafi labhdayak hai, aur isse haari bodu ki mucsles bhi tight rehti hai.

#3. Cycle Chalana (Cycling)

Cycle chalan bhi ek asaan aur sabko aane wali hi exercise hoti hai aur cycle chalane se hamare badan me kaafi khinchaon aata hai aur khinchaon hone ki wajah se hamare pet ki charbi kam honi shuru ho jati hai aur hamare motape per bhi kaafi asar padta hai jisse ki hamara motapa tezi se kam hona shuru ho jata hai .

#4. Walking (Paidal Chalna)

Hame khana khane ke baad daily thoda paidal chalna chahiye kyunki ye kaafi asaan hota hai aur ye hamare pet ko jaldi kam karne me kaafi laabhdaak hota hai aur isme zyada mehnat bhi nahi lagti hai hame kam se kam 2 km tak paidal chalna chahiye tabhi hum apne motape ko control kar sakte hain.

#5. Tairna (Swimming)

Swimming karna bhi hamare liye kaafi zaroori hota hai agar hum apna pet kam karna chahte hai to swimming karne se bhi hamare badan me kaafi khinchaon hota hota hai isse hamari charbi kam honi shuru ho jati hai aur khinchao se hamari hieght bhi badhti hai aur hum patle hona shuru ho jaate hain.
